Here are the next steps:

  • You will have a confirmation email at the address you requested.
  • I send pickup and payment information within 72 hours. (Occasionally I am in the middle of a birth, in which case I answer messages after babies arrive and mom's are cared for.)
  • We arrange a pickup time
  • Pickup your products (better yet get your husband/friend to do it for you) 
  • Be Nourished and enjoy!


Didn't get a confirmation email within 5 minutes?

Our emails sometimes get marked as promotional or spam.

  1. Check your Updates/Promotions folder (then drag the email to your "inbox" so others are not filtered)
  2. Check your spam filter for an email from Birthwyse.

If you find it there, great.  Our email arrived.  Follow the next steps to make sure it 

Add my Address to your Whitelist

If you use Gmail, there is a way to add specific addresses or domains as "safe" so they aren't automatically marked as spam. This list is known as a "Whitelist." Your Whitelists only apply to your Gmail account, and must be managed and set by you. If you want to accept all email sent from a specific address, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your Gmail at gmail.com
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right, and select Settings.
  3. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab. 
  4. Click Create at New Filter. 
  5. In the pop-up window, enter the email address you want whitelisted in the From field.
    • NOTE: If you want a whole domain whitelisted, you can just enter the domain (ie, "@birthwyse.com").
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. Check "Never send it to Spam".
  8. Click Create filter.
